2016 Keystone Sprinter

While I appreciated John delivering and setting up the camper for me we had many issues with this rental. 1. Propane tanks were both completely empty, we had to fill them ourselves 2. Camper had a musty smell when I opened the door. 3. Many dead flies in the shower 4. Dried coffee stain on the floor 5. Other peoples items left behind in the cupboard (bracelet, chapstick, sweater) 6. No sheets on bed just a mattress pad covered in lint balls (advertised that he supplied everything) 7. Only 2 towels for 2 people for 4 days 8. Crumbs on the table 9. Dried toothpaste in the sink I did ask for clarification on towels and sheets before the rental but did not get a response. I also requested the cleaning fee of $200 (laughable) be reimbursed as well as the $45 for propane. While I did receive a Venmo for $100 from him he is ignoring outdoorsy’s request for the remainder.

John is a gentleman. We got delivery and he set up the site with camp chairs and “extras” beautifully and took care of disconnecting everything. He was very helpful, friendly, and understanding when a couple issues came up. And he was masterful getting the RV out of a tight spot! I do recommend taking a little time to go over the details of the RV to understand how everything works since every RV is different. We were a little confused about how some things worked. The RV is nice and comfortable. Overall, we had a very good experience and would recommend John’s RV.

1st time using this service - would not hesitate to do again. Outstanding from stem to stern.

Overall Great Experience. John is a great guy, and was easy to work with and communicate with. You can tell he loves camping and that enthusiasm spills over to his RV. My family was going camping for Labor Day. My parents had an RV though a company, but when my in-laws decided to join us, the rental company was sold out. Luckily we found John's RV. To be honest, it was way nicer than the company rental. Very spacious, lots of sitting room and great storage. John really makes the camper feel like home, and the extra amenities (like camp chairs, and even a doggie bed) were a life saver. My mother in laws service dog was welcomed. Even though he got into a tiny bit of trouble, John was very understanding. You can tell he is an animal lover too. My only regret on this rental is that I wish I gotten the trailer for myself instead of the in laws. But, there is always next year!
