King size master for privacy. Pull out sofa and convertible dinette in living area for kids or guests. Large awning with lights. Outside kitchen with fridge and burners. One large television. Radio & DVD. Indoor/Outdoor sound systems. Lots of internal and underneath storage. Central AC and Heat. Large kitchen sink. Microwave. 3 burner stove. Oven. Standard water/sewer connections with all hoses. 50amp power hook up with other adapters if needed for a 30amp. Coax cable provided. (2) 20lbs propane tanks. We do not allow customer transport of this unit. We only offer free delivery up to a 50 mile radius of Lexington, Ky. The preferred usage destination is the Kentucky Horse Park with Fort Boonesboro State Park a very close second. However, we are happy to negotiate delivery to other destinations.
