No Smoking: • Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. If any evidence of smoking is found, a service fee of $500 will be deducted from your security deposit, along with any additional cleaning costs. • Roof Access: Guests are not permitted on the roof of the unit. • Speed Limits: Please adhere to all posted speed limits. • Preparation and Sanitation Fee: A mandatory charge of $100 will apply for preparation and sanitation. This is not a cleaning fee; the unit must be cleaned by the renters.. • Waste Tank Charges: A $100 fee will be applied if the unit is returned with a water in the black OR gray tank. • Late Return Penalty: If the unit is returned late or if you have not completely vacated the unit by the designated pickup time, a penalty of $50 per hour will be charged. • Upon pickup, the confirmed driver will need to show license for scanning and will be asked for a photo. • Any additional drivers must be declared
