This lightweight trailer is almost new under 2700 lbs dry weight that can be pulled by Most SUV's . Its approximately 20 feet in length and features a 13500 BTU AC 20000 BTU heater, queen size bed , dinette that converts into a full size bed . Overall it can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 small kids or 3 adults . It is equipped with water heater, 30 gallon black & grey tanks , exterior & interior shower, toilet, solid surface kitchen counters with sink covers, convection microwave, 2 burner range, flat panel TV, Bluetooth indoor and out door speakers, manual awning . There are enough cabinets for all your storage needs. It includes all the hoses , 30 amp cable and a 15 amp connector Pin for hookup .
