3.0Was not cleaned floors nasty back bath was not hooked up to sewer and over folded from out door sink. This camper has two tanks one for back shower and another for front shower. The TV connection would not work . had one TV in den worked had to run cable threw door to directly to TV . microwave shorted out behind keyboard making sparks and burning smell. Other than that verry nice camper. Another thing the last person before us left cups with dried milk and food on dishes making ants entering in kitchen . we gave the floors a deep cleaning took two people 3 hours to half way to make it usable. Also one of shades was broken from people before us . not saying anything bad about mtrv just saying people just nasty and don't care how they treat others property and respect future tenants . sorry had to let you known because honesty and telling like it is so it won't hurt your reputation and future tenants. Still think tom is the best in business. And will see you next year.
