Off-Grid Camping in Teardrop Trailer With Child Bunk and Rooftop Tent

Pet Rules: We believe camping is made infinitely better with dogs and we would love to host your well-behaved pup, but we prefer you to not leave them unattended in the trailer to prevent damage. Excessive pet cleanup will incur a $200 fee and other damage caused by pets will be taken out of security deposit. No cats or rodents are allowed due to allergies. Offroad Access Rules: Although our trailer is capable of going off-road, we would appreciate you being mindful of the road conditions and staying on already-broken, plowed, paved or grated roads. Some 4x4 roads may be easier than others and we have taken our trailer on many, however, we do not want the trailer to be damaged due to unforeseen road conditions. Prior approval is required for traveling on any 4x4 roads or off-road towing. No Smoking/Drugs Policy: No smoking or drug use is allowed inside of our trailer. Your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges plus a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages. Tickets, Tolls and Tows Policy: The renter is responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, and impounds.
