Return Conditions: - Cleanliness: Return the van as clean as when you picked it up. No need to wash the exterior. - Fuel: The van must be returned with a same amount of fuel when picked up. A $150 fee will be charged if not. - Waste Disposal: The grey water tank and toilet cassette must be emptied—this is non-negotiable. I will show you how and where to do this. Failure to empty them will result in a fee.($200 for BLACK TANK and $200 for GREY TANK) - Propane: If used, please refill the propane tank at an RV station or a gas station that offers propane refills. - Early Returns: No refunds for unused days, so plan accordingly. - Return Time: Flexible, but please confirm in advance. The van must be returned before 5 PM for inspection and preparation for the next renter. - Apple AirTag is installed for safety. There will be a $100 fee if it is tampered/lost. - Smoking Policy: Strictly no smoking!! A $5000 fee will be charged if there’s any smoke odor. - Pet Policy: No Pets & No Pets Hair!! A $5000 fee will be charged. - If you return after 5pm then you will be charged an extra full day rate. Milage - 100 miles free per day - You will be charged $0.35 for every mile over per day.
