Rules and policies
• Please make sure that all loose items are packed and secured prior to towing the RV. We provide multiple storage bins for your use. Items will definitely shift when driving!
• We appreciate replenishing the propane tanks if you use them, and pumping out the black and grey tanks if you use the sinks and bathroom. If you can't or if you forget, the charges for us pumping the tanks and refilling the propane are listed as add-ons, and will be charged at the conclusion of your trip.
• We appreciate wiping down the surfaces and broom-sweeping the RV prior to return. This helps keep prep costs down as we disinfect and wash all bedding and towels between each renter. If you can't do a quick clean before check out, a cleaning fee is listed as an add-on and will be charged at the conclusion of your trip.
