This travel trailer comes with a private room with a queen size bed and tv with dvd player and fan, rear full-size bunks with a fan in each bunk, a shower over tub in the bathroom, a two basin sink, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove and oven, and a pantry cabinet. For additional sleeping room if needed, the kitchen table folds down into a bed and it has storage below the seats. The couch also folds out into a bed, with extra storage underneath. There is a TV with a DVD player in the main area that can be taken outdoors to watch movies outside. The radio/CD player can be played indoors/outdoor. And, enjoy the shade below the large awning. There is an outdoor shower hookups as well. Includes 2 propane tanks full upon delivery. An emergency kit is also provided.Please see the available add-on’s to make your vacation a fun experience.Depending on location of site (within 75 miles and will need to be approved by owner prior to booking) the travel trailer can be delivered and picked up for an additional fee.Welcome gift provided.Trailer has 1 slide-out on drivers side.Measurements:

• If Renter is Picking Up and Dropping Off: 10am pick-up, Return time by 3 pm.
• Renter is liable for any fees charged that are incurred outside of this rental agreement for any hours extended due to Owner hours of drop-off/pick-up time frames above. Renter agrees to the timeframes above. Should any special arrangements need to be made, please contact Owner to discuss further and adjustments will be made as needed, if agreed upon by all parties.

We have all necessary hookup hoses/supplies needed. All you need is to have hookups at the site where you will be at. (We do NOT have a generator.) Full hook-ups are needed to enjoy all of the luxuries of your getaway.
