Our experience with Kayla was fabulous! She was very friendly and kind, had great communication throughout our trip, and was available on call to help troubleshoot with a minor hiccup halfway through our trip. Highly recommend!

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Fresh and gray water hoses are provided for you to fill up and safely dump the gray tank. This van uses a composting toilet, so there is no sewage dump. (yay!)
While at a campsite, batteries can be charged with a standard 20 AMP household extension cord (included).
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
This van drives like a dream with a backup camera and rear view camera. Plus, we make it easy for you with a simple checklist to follow before heading off to make sure everything is safe and secure for travel.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are very flexible for dropping off and picking up the RV, with the availability to travel up to 50 miles.
