Beautiful brand new 2020 motor home. Perfect for families, friends and your furry loved ones. King bed, sleeps 8 comfortably, social living floor plan with a dinette and table across from one another for gathering ease. 2TVs, plenty of indoor/outdoor storage, outdoor shower and propane hookup. A perfect home base for your vacation getaway.Standard pick up and drop off times are between 10am-4pm. Please coordinate us directly at the time of reservation.It comes fully stocked with dishes, bowls, cups, coffee pot, filters and tumblers. All the kitchen basics: can opener, cutting board, whisk, spatulas, backing sheet, pot, 2 cooking pans, oven mitt, toilet paper, paper towels, swiffer mop, duster, cleaning rags and disinfectant wipes.Perfect for your basic needs so you can relax and enjoy your vacation!We have a professional cleaning service that comes before each departure, $100 cleaning fee is a mandatory charge we take from your deposit at the end of the trip to ensure the vehicle stays in top condition for your stay. We charge a $100 dumping fee if the black and grey tanks aren’t emptied before your return.We are here to make your experience great! Please reach out with any questions we’re happy to help and attempt to accommodate where we can. :)Generator 4 hours per night included, additional $3/hrMileage 100 miles per night included, additional .50/mile
