• Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are permitted to operate the RV. No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal drugs inside the RV. Do not exceed the maximum occupancy or weight limits. Climbing on the roof of the RV is strictly prohibited. The awning must be retracted during windy conditions, rain, and whenever the RV is unattended. Before driving, cabinets, doors, slide-outs are secured. Off-road driving, driving on beaches, or on unmaintained roads is prohibited. Towing any vehicle or trailer is not permitted without prior written approval. Report any accident, damage, warning light, or mechanical issue immediately. Unauthorized repairs are not allowed without the owner’s approval. The renter is responsible for all traffic tickets, tolls, parking violations, and fines incurred during the rental period. Maximum driving speed is 65 mph, regardless of posted speed limits. Do not transport hazardous, flammable, or illegal materials. Generator usage is limited to the number of hours included in the rental agreement. Additional hours will be charged. Return the RV with: A full fuel tank. Empty black and gray holding tanks. A clean interior. All trash removed. All provided equipment returned in its original condition. Lost keys, remotes, manuals, or accessories will result in replacement charges. Late returns will incur additional rental charges. The renter is financially responsible for damage caused by negligence, including damage to tires, wheels, windshield, awning, furniture, appliances, and interior components. The owner recommends taking photos and videos of the RV at pickup and return to document its condition. No festivals, tailgating events, racing, or commercial use unless approved by the owner in advance. The renter is responsible for checking overhead clearance before driving under bridges, trees, gas station canopies, or other low-clearance structures. The RV must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.
