*Bunny is our precious family member so please love and respect our camper van as if it was yours* Please DON’T -Wear shoes inside the camper -Smoke (Smoking inside the campervan will result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit) -Climb on the roof or solar panels -Open the back door when parked on a decline slope (tray will slide out and cause damages) -Rearrange items’ layouts, locations, and orientations (for safety concern) -Run more than 2000W of appliances at once to overload the battery power (check wattage rating of each 110V appliance) -Travel off-road (Non-public, unpaved, and sand dunes is NOT permitted at any time) -Modify or change any electrical systems without owner approval other than resetting the GFCI outlets Please DO -Drive carefully and keep a safe distance for any potential debris (Any windshield damage will deduct deposit) -Allow enough time to brake. Remember Bunny is 2-3 times as heavy as a normal vehicle and requires a greater braking distance -Make sure all push buttons for closet, cabinets & drawers are closed, and the vent fan is closed & covered before driving -Watch for clearance when driving (Bunny is 11.5’ tall) -Keep track of fresh and grey water tank levels -Park under direct sunlight when possible(for solar charging and to prevent damage from tree limbs) When picking up, remember to -Arrive at the scheduled time unless with given prior written approval ($100 per hour late fee) When returning, remember to -Return at the scheduled time unless with given prior written approval ($100 per hour late fee + $250 for the rush cleaning if return late) -Dump gray tank & trash ($50 fee if not dumped) -Refill gas for vehicle and/or diesel for heater ($10 per gallon + $50 surcharge for fill up if not refilled) -Maintain and return Bunny in clean condition as received (Standard cleaning fee of $125 is required for all reservations; however, $100/hr will be charged for detailed and sanitization if returned condition is unreasonably d
