2Overall the pick-up went smoothly. The owner took time explaining all of the do's and don'ts, showed me how everything worked, and even had me do a test drive to explain how the RV drove. I did a quick look around and took pictures of the existing damage and everything seemed to be okay. It wasn't until we started to pack our stuff for the trip that we discovered that the unit was filthy. The sheets were dirty and stained. The drawers were filled with crumbs and debris. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned. Floors weren't swept or mopped. The trash can had old trash and food stuck in it. The items that were left in the cabinets and drawers (cutting board, toothbrush holder, utensils, etc.) were dirty, stained, and gross. I submitted pictures on the Outdoorsy app while we cleaned up prior to the trip, but the owner said that he never saw them. When I explained to him that his RV wasn't properly cleaned, he became defensive and argumentative, even after I provided him with the pictures. Definitely would not rent this RV again.

tow at your own risk. we never towed before and don't recommend it for beginners

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

It will depend on the day of. If we have no other bookings before or after, we can be very flexible. If we have other bookings, we need to be strict. If you need the RV early in the AM, book the night before to be safe.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

A youtube video of all the operations will be provided to you and a handbook. You're in good hands

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Yes. All hookups work. This has a gas and electric water heater and an electric fireplace so you won't need to burn propane to do either while at the campground.
