Memories 4 Miles

If I could leave zero stars i would be 100 percent accurate During the block of instruction on how to use the campers stove they failed to mention that we needed to let the glass up before we started cooking which caused us to break the glass After initial setup the camper power stopped working and they had to return before they even reached home which was only about 30 mins away They returned and started trouble shooting the issue with the rv warranty company After almost an hour of going back and fourth over the phone with the technician they got the power to come on by using the backup battery By night fall the backup battery had died and we spent the night without power which included no heat The next morning I called them and they said they would return once they finished feeding there horses This time they they brought there own generator and a batterycharger to charge up the backup battery Mind you it was nothing wrong with my generator but the rv company told them that there power converter on there travel travel was broken and was the problem Fast forward 4 hours later and there generator runs out of gas We fill it back with gas but can't get the electric start to work on it and the pull cord is almost broke so we don't pull it We call them and let them know and they tell us once they finish there date night they will come start the generator Later that night they come start the generator and they brake the cable The backup battery can't be charged fast enough so we have power that goes in and out during the second night We agreed to have them come at 11 am to pick up the camper They text me before I wake up they wanted to come at 0930 so that they could pick it up before they went on vacation Not only did we loose food we had to take cold showers and we had to sleep in the cold as well as find new accommodations for the ladies that came with us Please do not use these people I got on my hands and knees and wiped the floors spotless using a rag and awesome They charged us a cleaning fee and I mean I awesome down everythingto include shower and toilet and bathroom floor This is how u can tell they are dishonest They said renters before us spent the night in the cold Also if you have a perfect generator why would you not want the generator to run until cutoff then refill it

It was our first time ever camping and it was very memorable all thanks to Isis! She was very cooperative with all the requests and questions I had. The trailer was amazingly well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely rent an RV from them again for my next trip. Thanks again!

We are a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed the RV for our weekend away. Everything was in working order, clean and easy to use. We especially enjoyed the convenience of the outside mini refrigerator and outside stove. The shower was roomy; larger than we expected it to be. We loved the Bluetooth feature of playing music through the inside and outside speakers, a nice surprise feature! The owners were punctual with delivery and pickup. They were pleasant to work with and accommodating. We will definitely rent this RV again and can’t wait!
