3.0I would like more clarity on the delivery fee for trailers that are delivered to the camp site. I thought I paid for the delivery when I confirmed the RV, but I was charged an additional fee afterwards by owners of the RV. Better coordination on confirmation of the delivery location, this was not in sync.

5.0Owners are great to communicate with and flexible! (Our arrival time kept getting pushed back due to late start than anticipated then ran into construction and traffic) Appreciated this camper as a 1st time user with Outdoorsy. Camper was clean and sanitized. Came with some camp chairs, some kitchen utensils, and linens. (We had brought our own everything). Door handle was a little sticky at 1st, but we managed to get it figured out. Freezer bottom shelf kept everything frozen, so when trying to make ice cubes, needed to keep the tray on bottom of freezer. Nothing to complain about, this is a perfect sized camper with respectable owners. Worth every penny!!

5.0Christina was wonderful to work with and rent from. She always responded very quickly with all inquiries. Everything in the camper was as described. Drop off and pick up went perfectly. The camper made our trip so much more fun due to the ease of our lodging. We look forward to renting from Christina again in the future.
