Off-Road Usage: Off-road usage is prohibited to prevent damage to the trailer's suspension, tires, and undercarriage.
Towing Restrictions: Your tow vehicle must be rated to safely tow a 10,000 lb travel trailer and must be capable of a hitch weight of 850.
Awning Usage: Awning usage is prohibited in wind
Cleaning Expectations: The trailer must be returned in a clean condition to include:
• Cleaning the dishes,
• Cleaning the grills
• Cleaning refridgerator
• Cleaning the bathroom
• Trash removal
• General tidiness is expected upon return.
