Comfortable Class A available for discounted stationary rental at the Perry Fairgrounds or for your own trip! Our family of 5 loves taking this rig on adventures! It is well loved/used but has been regularly maintained. It is my goal to offer this coach as an affordable way to experience motorhoming! I have tried to price it and include generous mileage and generator terms to offset its age and overall condition. Please come by and check it out in person or contact me for a walkthrough and walkaround video. While it does have a gas stove inside, we try to keep things smelling fresh by cooking outside.Please save $60 by providing your own linens and towels…or let me know and it will be fully stocked for you!While this unit is almost 20 years old it’s been taken care of and is comfortable to travel and stay in. Much of the carpet has been replaced with vinyl wood like flooring. We have installed new mats and runners to cover the high traffic areas. Please note the original shades must be rolled up by hand. The black and gray tank indicator lights many times will show full when the tanks are less than half full. There is a good bit of fading and some delamination…the coach does show it’s age. Please contact me and I will send you a walk around and walk-through video or you are welcome to come by and check it out in person before renting it. I certainly want it to meet or exceed your expectations if you are deciding between another newer coach I want to make sure this one is a good fit for your expectations.We recently upgraded the master bedroom to hold a (brand new) king size mattress.June 2022 - 6 new tires

I have nothing but praise for JD! He is very easy to work with, and does everything he can to ensure you'll have a great trip. Our family of 5 rented his Itasca for a 3 week cross country trip, and it is nothing short of a core memory for all of us. The camper is easy to drive once you get the hang of the size, and very comfortable going down the highway. JD is very upfront and honest about the condition of the rig. At 20 years old, it shows its age, but we had no issues with the engine, batteries, or other mechanicals. And you can't get into a diesel pusher for a better price. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

John David is one of the nicest and helpful people on the planet! Great pre-travel driving tips, was reachable with questions throughout the trip and quick and easy drop-off. Definitely rent from John David if you are looking for a great experience and a great motor coach!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
You are welcome to pick the coach up from my house. We have plenty of room for you to leave a vehicle here as needed. Or, I am happy to deliver the coach to you for a modest fee.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
I had never driven anything larger than a minivan before flying to TN to buy and drive this rig home! I've found staying in the right hand lane around 65 MPH is a great way to travel.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
While I have included unlimited generator use....electric hook ups are so much easier (and quieter)! Try to get a 50 amp spot for everything to work well....but 30 amp adapters are included.
Q.What type of car/truck do you need to tow this trailer? What are the hitch requirements?
A.
It has a standard hitch that we use a Blue Ox towbar to pull our vehicle. However, lights, vehicle specific adapter plates, and a braking system must be purchased and installed to get your vehicle ready for flat towing. Renting a vehicle trailer and towing that may be easier for your trip. Or, UBER may be a great option.
