Included: 4 each of cups, plates silverware and bowls, plus 1 child size dish set, pots, pans, small cast iron skillet, mixing bowls, spatula, tongs, pancake flipper, cheese grater, knife, mixing spoon, cutting board, mini French press, 2 coffee cups, sponge, dish soap, hand soap, RV toilet paper.
Not included: trash bags, dish towels, hand towels, appliances (coffee maker, blender, etc.)

The camper's GWVR is 2,950 lbs. Fully loaded with full tanks and camping gear it is much heavier. Recommended towing capacity is 5,000+ lbs.
