RV should be returned in the same condition as it was at the time it was rented out (picked up by you) i.e. full gas tank, full propane, grey and black tank emptied and flushed out.11. Dumping Policy: Renter is responsible for emptying both gray and black (septic) tanks before returning RV to owner. Failure to do so will result in a $100 dumping fee. Empty Black first, then Grey, then flush out tanks.12. Appliances: The A/C, generator, awning, radio, microwave, stove, oven, television, etc. are convenience items. While not expected; if any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, please call or message me. 5Host was great! They were very helpful and took the time to explain everything. They made me feel comfortable before hitting the road, and was very responsive if I ever had any questions. I would definitely rent from them again. The RV was very clean and matched the description and pictures perfectly. This was a great RV for a first timer.

5Was a great experience. The RV was in great shape, everything worked and came fully stocked as advertised. Dee and his wife made it awesome with all their help from beginning to end. For a 1st timer it was more than I can hope for and instructions for hook ups are very easy plus Dee makes sure you understand everything at delivery and was available one phone call away when I had a question or needed something. When I'm ready to get my own RV will look for Dee for advice. I would definitely recommend Dee to anyone who's is looking for RV rental.

5We had a great experience. The RV was spotless when we received it. The owners met us a few days before to go everything which was great. We also had multiple questions throughout our trip and the owners always made themselves available to talk. I would highly recommend this RV.

5It’s was a pleasure renting Theodore. Owners were very helpful with answering any of our questions. The RV was very clean and super comfortable for our family. My son even left his AirPods behind and they mailed them to us. I highly recommend renting Theodore!

5We were first time RVers - seeking adventure, escape from the Texas heat while social distancing in the time of COVID. Dee and his wife spent more than 2 hours showing me and my wife all aspects of their RV and helped us organize our trip. Further they helped us with answers to questions all along the way! They were great, and this is a good solid vehicle.

Our next big trip is to drive up to the East Coast from Texas to Portland, Maine.
We’ve had a few excursions and would like to share this experience with other families, friends, couples, and/or solo travelers. Try something new if you’ve never experienced this type of journey or continue the expedition you enjoy, while you’re off on your quest, this RV will be your home away from home.
