✅ Do: • Treat the RV with care — it’s our home on wheels! • Return the RV in the same condition it was provided. • Use only paved roads; no off-road or unmaintained trails. • Dispose of grey and black tank waste at proper dump stations (unless prepaid service is selected). • Follow all local traffic laws while driving/towing. • Keep pets supervised and clean up after them if approved. • Let us know immediately if any damage occurs or equipment malfunctions. ❌ Don’t: • Smoke or vape inside the RV. • Host parties or events inside or outside the RV without prior approval. • Exceed the RV’s maximum sleeping or occupancy limits. • Drive the RV under the influence of drugs or alcohol. • Use the RV for towing additional trailers or vehicles. • Leave the RV excessively dirty — cleaning fees apply if returned messy. • Tamper with electrical, propane, or plumbing systems. -------------------------------------------------------------------- *Camper Return & Usage Guidelines: -Return the camper tidy: trash removed, surfaces wiped with provided cleaners. A cleaning fee applies if not followed. -Trash must be taken with you. Removing bedding and gathering towels is appreciated but not required. -Do not flush wipes or sanitary products—use only the supplied toilet paper and discard other items in the trash. -Damage to upholstery or surfaces will be deducted from the security deposit. -A 30-amp power source is required for the rooftop A/C. Running multiple appliances without it may trip breakers. -If not at a full hookup site, regularly empty gray (sinks/showers) and black (toilet) tanks to prevent backups. -Always close ceiling vents and windows when the camper is unattended or in transit to prevent water damage. -Retract the awning in windy conditions (even 10mph); if your hair is blowing, it's time to pull it in.
