• drinking is allowed for those over the age of 21 also there is a built in bottle open by the door so please don't use the countertops or table top to open your drinks and remember to drink responsibly, any cleaning up or smell removal from bodily fluids or vomit (that's not in the toilet may require professional cleaning paid out of your security deposit)
• please treat this unit like its your own we expect normal wear and there will be a pre and post rental walkthrough so no need to worry about any damage you didn't cause.
• lastly please use the cutting board provided and don't cut into the countertops and remember to enjoy you vacation!

Yes, we allow well behaved dogs (no more than 2), however they are not allowed on the furniture, beds or bedding. Also, any damages or additional cleaning due to shedding hair could result in a pet cleaning fee of $50.
