We take a lot of pride in making sure you have a great time staying in one of our RV's. We include the everyday necessities in your daily price. All rentals are fully outfitted with cookware, cleaning supplies and bedding (discount applies if you chose to bring your own bedding). We take care of the sewer tank dumping and refilling propane in every reservation because, let’s be honest, who wants to worry about that at the end of a vacation (No cousin Eddie here)! All our rentals are by the day and not by the night as we believe it’s not just a place to stay but where the adventure will take you!! Your vacation and family time are precious, so don't waste your time worrying about all the little details. All you need is to pack a bag, grab some food, the kids and the dogs, and off you go!! We will set-up the camper so all you have to do is show up and relax! Just send us the location you would like the trailer delivered and we will get you a quote! ***This Jayco Seismic 3914 is a fantastic 5th wheel toy hauler for family gatherings or for relaxing in the great outdoors. This spacious unit can sleep up to 10 people. Sleeping arrangements include a Queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen bunk beds in a private toy hauler room, and a queen loft bed above the kitchen. There is a full kitchen with island, and full bathroom. Propane hookups for your outdoor grill will make cooking outside a breeze. The stereo system includes inside and outside speakers with a 3 TV's and a DVD player. This unit has two A/C units and an Arctic package to keep you comfortable inside the camper, regardless of the weather outside. Charge your portable devices with the USB ports located throughout the camper.What's included:
- Six outdoor camp chairs
- Malita pour over coffee maker and a 110V drip coffee maker if you are plugged into power.
- Kitchen supplies: cutting boards, pots and pans, 10 plates, 10 bowls, 10 mugs, 10 cups, 10 wine glasses, eating and cooking utensils, lighters and matches.
- Two full 5-gallon propane tanks. This will allow the fridge, stove, and heater to run while not plugged into power.
- RV toilet paper and paper towels

- A full fresh water tank
- Fridge will be cold upon pickup/delivery. The fridge can run on propane or 50A/110V.
- Two 10’ RV sewer hose, sewer connectors, toss-in odor control packets, and rubber gloves.

- Leveling-blocks and four-wheel chocks.Other services we offer for a small fee:

- No climbing on roof of RV.

For rentals during this time frame all RVs will be winterized with no water usage. Hunters or winter goers may use camper in off season with unit winterized.
