This spacious unit can sleep up to 5 people. Sleeping arrangements include a Queen bed in the front, a dinette that turns into a bed, a sofa bed and a hidden bunk that fold's out. This unit features a full wall slide out. There is a fully stocked kitchen, and bathroom inside. The stereo system includes inside and outside speakers with a TV and DVD player. This unit has heat and A/C to keep you comfortable inside the camper, regardless of the weather outside. Charge your portable devices with the USB ports located throughout the camper.What's included:
- Four outdoor camp chairs
- Malita pour over coffee maker and a 110V drip coffee maker if you are plugged into power.

- Awning usage is allowed, Must be put away in wind or when step away from RV. Awning damage is the sole responsibility or the renter.
- No climbing on roof or ladder.
- If bringing your dog/s (up to 2), an additional fee will be applied. If any pet hair is visible upon return, a minimum $200 cleaning fee will be assessed.
- Event/ Concert? Please contact us if you are wanting to go to a concert or event.
- Driver must be comfortable in driving and/or towing this unit.
- Interior and exterior must be cleaned and in the same condition as when the unit was picked up or additional cleaning fees will apply.

- Must be returned full of gas/Diesel on driving units.
