Bedroom with queen mattress, couch folds out and can sleep 1-2 kids, 2 bunks (one wide, 1 narrow) with couch cushions that layout for two additional small kids or lounging. Quilt, sheets, pillows, towels included. Pillows and decor not included. Set up and ready to camp.
Included: 2 outdoor adult chairs, a few kitchen utensils, paper plates, plastic ware, basic pots and pans, pot holder, plastic bins in cabinets, toilet paper, small portable outdoor grill (new/still in box). We can also do a day rate (no overnights) by request.
