This is a very clean 2012 Thor class C motorhome. It has less than 40k total miles and drives and lives like a brand new motorhome. It is very spacious, with a slide out and easy to use. We have camped for 5 days without hookups and it was very easy and effortless. It has never been smoked in.Bedding Linens are available for purchase in the Add-Ons section.
You bring your own kitchen supplies, the kitchen is not stocked.
We will provide marine toilet paper, other toiletries you need to bring.1 Indoor TV on a wall mount swing. Cable TV ready, Rear back up Camera , Large storage with 3 sides of access in the back, Air Ride Suspension with V 10 engine.

*** NO Towing With THE RV ***The renter must be at least 25 years of age and have some prior experience in driving RVs, large vehicles, towing boats/trailers. Local Travel W/IN Pacific Northwest Only. NO Large Venue Events. If this Rule is violated, there will be an additional charge of the full Security Deposit. No smoking/ tobacco allowed at any time inside the RV. No climbing on the roof. Awning use only during the day and never in winds over 10mph, or heavy rains/hail. Any additional charges necessary on return (extensive interior/exterior cleaning/repair, carpet cleaning, or lost or stolen items, etc.) will be deducted from your Security Deposit. Please read the Add-Ons section below for further information.
