Leslie is highly responsive and quickly resolves issues, even sending assistance on-site for repairs. She also provides delivery, setup, and pickup services. One guest, however, felt she was not proactive in troubleshooting a hot water problem.

The RV is consistently described as spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Guests appreciated the incredible refrigerator and counter space, effective AC, and the convenience of a separate toilet and shower. However, one guest reported the heating element for hot water was not working.

5.0The camper was fantastic. We had a minor issue the first night and the owner came right out and took care of it and made the experience fantastic. We had a lot to cook during our stay and the camper had incredible refrigerator space and counter space.

3.0Leslie responded quickly when I messaged and the trailer was nice! However, the heating element wasn’t working, so we didn’t have hot water to wash dishes or shower. This may have been a know problem before we rented due to her initial response when I first messaged about this issue. Leslie stated that this wasn’t an issue with the last renter and she hoped we were staying somewhere where we could take a hot shower. I believe her first response should’ve been, how can we troubleshoot this issue to try and fix it?, but she didn’t. I had to ask her if we could troubleshoot the problem. This why I think she knew about this issue before we rented.

5.0Leslie & Mike are fantastic rental hosts! We had a small issue with a leak and they sent someone out to fix it right away. The camper had everything we needed and we had a fantastic experience! Highly recommend renting from them!!
