Responsive, helpful, and communicative
Leslie consistently receives praise for her excellent communication, helpfulness, and friendly demeanor, often going beyond expectations. One booking was canceled by the host.
Spacious but with key issues
The camper is generally clean, spacious, and well-stocked, providing comfortable sleeping. However, a significant A/C malfunction caused extreme heat, and some guests noted wear and tear needing attention.

4.0Great communication and Leslie was really flexible and helpful. The trailer needs some TLC as some of the things on it weren't in great shape.

5.0Great first experience renting a travel trailer! Leslie was extremely helpful and responsive, and the trailer was awesome. We wanted to rent one before considering buying, and our family had a wonderful trip.
