Bottom line: We will look to use Ultimate Tailgating again for our next RV Adventure. Summary: This was our first Family RV trip (ATL to the FL Keys) so we did not have any benchmark for this type of trip to reference. That said, Michael and Marta were great to work with. --Knowledgeable of their fleet. --Helpful in highlighting pros and cons relative to our Family and forseeable needs. --And flexibile in meeting times. The rig we rented was ready and clean inside and out. We rented during record lows here in GA and we ended up having an issue with the water due freezing of the filter and manifold. These were really extenuating circumstances which did throw a monkey wrench into our trip, however Michael and Marta did all they could to help. Outside of that, the only other "complaint" was that there were something that shook loose. Apparently this is common but we rented a "nicer" RV (Entegra) and i simply wouldn't expect this given the cost of these things. Not so much anything to do with Ultimate Tailgating, but perhaps helpful to set expectations to other new renters. Nothing was billed to us and Michael assured us these things were not uncommon. Overall - looking forward to our next trip and will in touch with Ultimate Tailgating again!
