It has low miles, a solar system with lithium batteries, 1500W inverter, 30 AMP Mppt charge controller, and 300W of solar panels.The kitchen has a 12 Volt-2 burner stove that runs off of propane. There is a small sink connected to a 16 gallon water tank with 60psi water pump. It’s also connected to a high alkaline reverse osmosis water filtration system.Inside has a full size bed with a 4 foot storage chest at the end. A closet with 2 hanging racks and a mirror. A book shelf, a foldable desk and a bench that has even more storage, ( fridge inside) . It’s not bolted into the wall or ground it’s movable. There is plenty more storage as well in the kitchenette for dishes, ect… which is included in your stay.I bought this in the middle of Covid. I’ve been living in it full time since. I’m a big surfer so I’ve traveled up and down the coast multiple times. Never had any issues with it. I put in a new transmission 5 months ago.
