If you choose to stay at a campground that does not have septic hookups at your site, you may be charged a dump fee at the conclusion of your rental.
We offer 24/7 customer service and repair services. Should you have any issue with your rental, please contact us, and we will work to resolve your issue. In the rare event that an on site service/repair must be made, and it is determined that the issue was caused by the renter (or their guests), the renter may be charged a service call out fee along with any other repair charges.
When delivered, all campers will be parked/backed in as intended by the design of the campground. The camper will be positioned so that it meets the confines of the site/space that it was assigned. Requests for 45° angle, "U" shape, or reverse facing configurations will not be entertained. These configurations make removal of the camper infinitely more difficult in emergency/evacuation situations.
