Light weight spacious practically new camper! It has a queen bed and also full-size mattress bunk beds for additional couples or if your kids need more room, no tiny twin bunks! There is a pull-out sofa (futon) and a dinette that can also convert to sleeping areas if needed. Bathroom is spacious with a larger shower and sink. Large fridge (upgraded), freezer and plenty of storage to carry all your food and belongings. Three burner stove inside with oven and microwave.For entertainment there are indoor/outdoor speakers with AM/FM/bluetooth and a flat screen smart tv that can be mounted outside or stay inside.Kitchen is stocked with dishes, 4 cup coffee pot, pots and pans, and serving utensils. Just bring your plastic silverware and paper plates if you don't want to do dishes while camping! (regular utensils not included).Trailer equipped with power awning, AC, furnace and 2 propane tanks.No slide outs to worry about for tight camp spots. Towing equipment will be provided including sway bar.Holds 40 gallons fresh water. 38 gallon grey tank. 28 gallon black tank.
