These people are great hosts! Highly recommend their RV as well! We really enjoyed our trip to the Smokies!

We booked for our first family trip with the newborn to see fall foliage in the Smoky Mountains and had an incredible time. We opted for Stephan to pick us up from the airport (extra fee) and walked us through how to use the camper van. The camper van was very clean and easy to use. We loved driving through the Smoky Mountains and then stayed overnight at Cades Cove, Elkmount, and Roamstead campground. We would 1000% book again!

Syd the Solis was an awesome experience! My two young sons and I enjoyed everything about it and made awesome memories in the Smoky mountain national park. So many convenient amenities packed into the van made being out in the wilderness almost like being at home! The kids loved sleeping in the pop top, and the Murphy bed was so comfortable for me! Nothing like a hot water outdoor shower in the mountains while cooking awesome meals. We even rented 2 E-bikes that fit on a rack that Syd was able to carry! We saw so much, did so much, and made so many memories! Also, the van drives and handles extremely well in the curvy and steep roads in that area! I definitely recommend this RV van for you small group vacation!

Our family of 4 loved our time with Syd. We made great memories. The RV was well stocked in fact it offered more than the site listed. Even though, there was rain for part of our trip the RV provided plenty of room for games and laughs. The communication was prompt and helpful and willing to aid in any way. If you are heading to the Smokies I would strongly recommend Syd for your family.

Syd the Solis is in immaculate condition and provided a wonderful temporary home for our camping trip in the Smokies. We met up for an easy hand off at the Walmart in Maryville and chose to bring our vehicle along with us, which worked out fine. Stefan was a lovely host and we were delighted by the thoughtful touches included for the experience - it was treated as an Airbnb-type rental rather than borrowing your Uncle’s van, and for the cost (of any Solis rental, this one was comparable), that felt really nice. There was also a binder with the camper manual, which came in handy when we discovered the swivel mechanism for the seats was changed from our last solis rental. Take care of Syd if you rent her. We will be back to take her out again! Pro tip: use the campground toilet to dump your *pee only* usage of the cartridge and it’s a breeze to get that clean out done and pop in a deodorizer.
