Unreliable, unsupportive, and blames renters
Multiple bookings were canceled last minute. One family was stranded with severe mechanical failures, receiving no real support, and the host tried to file a claim against them for their own equipment issues.
Mechanically unsafe and difficult to control
Reported failures included the entire electrical system, heat, steps, and awning. The suspension was unsafe, causing violent bouncing and difficulty controlling the vehicle, requiring constant generator use.

1.0I am warning every future renter to stay far away from this motorhome and its owners. What my family went through on this trip was dangerous, exhausting, costly, and entirely the result of their neglected and failing equipment. Nothing that went wrong had anything to do with my use of the RV. Every issue came from their own mechanical failures that should have been repaired long before anyone rented this vehicle. Within the first days of the trip, the entire electrical system inside the coach failed. No lights, no heat, no bathroom, no interior power at all. The steps broke in the outward position and were stuck open. This created a major safety hazard for my family. I immediately notified the owners and received almost no help. I spent ten hours trying to reach the roadside assistance they told me would handle situations like this. My family was stranded for an entire day waiting in the cold for someone to come. When the repairman finally arrived late that night, he confirmed in front of me and the owners that the failure was caused by a bad solenoid and a failed Battery Control Center. Both are parts that fall completely under the owners responsibility. These failures were not caused by anything I did. The repairman had to go to Walmart out of his own pocket to buy materials just to create a temporary patch to get my family home safely. The owners knew this. The owners acknowledged all of this in writing. He told the owners clearly that the generator must stay on for the entire twelve hour drive home or the RV would shut down again. That alone shows how unsafe and unmaintained this motorhome is. Running the generator nonstop drained my fuel and cost me a lot of extra money. Halfway through the long drive home, the heat failed completely again, leaving my family without heat for six hours in winter temperatures. Many problems existed before I even picked up the RV. The awning was broken. The suspension was unsafe and bounced so violently that it was difficult to control the vehicle. Several interior features never worked. None of this was disclosed in their listing, which is unacceptable. I returned the RV clean and organized. Everything inside was bagged and sorted for the owners. I did more than any renter should ever have to do, especially after what we went through. Then the owners tried to file a claim against me for their own mechanical failures. I have thousands of dollars in evidence proving everything that happened, including the repairman telling the owners exactly what failed and why. No renter should ever put their family in this situation. The RV is unsafe. It is not maintained. The owners provide no real support. They will leave you stranded. They will blame you for their own neglected equipment. They will attempt to file claims on you even when the evidence shows they are fully at fault. I strongly recommend that anyone considering renting from these owners avoid them entirely. Protect your family and pick a different rental.
