This is the perfect trailer for a couple, it gets a little tight with any more. It has a single over double bunk in the back and the dinette turns into a short twin. Has a small tub and toilet. 18 feet long with a 10 foot awning. It weighs 2904lbs and hitch weight is approx. 440lbs.

I have a wife and 2 kids. A boy that is 3 and girl which is 10 months. I had a small trailer but we upgraded to a bigger one. After the purchase was done, we have found mould and rot under the flooring. I do not want to subject my kids to mould so I am looking to rent until my situation has been fixed.
