The fully stocked kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer, 3 burner stove, oven, and microwave.The dinette is large enough to fit our family of 5.The bathroom features a toilet and tub/shower, with a separate sink just outside the bathroom door.A manual of instructions is included with the rental as well as troubleshooting tips.No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or otherwise) inside the camper.Note: There is NO generator included with this rental.Additional Pick up and drop off information:If towing yourself, please have drivers licenses of all qualified drivers (we will take pics of the license(s))If utilizing our Delivery Services, please note the fee is set in order to cover our expenses and time. A 15 mile/30 min trip turns into 60 miles and about 3 hours of our time. It takes a roundtrip journey to deliver, and another roundtrip drive to pickup. Then added time spent parking, removing from hitch and leveling. We also educate renters and show how to use the camper. For pick-up, time is spent preparing the trailer to tow again, and hitching to our truck.We clean and sanitize the camper between each rental.All linens and sleeping bags are removed and washed every rental.Cleaning supplies are in the camper including disposable gloves, disinfectant wipes, dish soap, paper towels, and hand soap.After you return the camper we’ll conduct a walkthrough and then release the security deposit (less any damage charges if necessary).Qué incluyeThe queen bed has full bedding, and we supply two full size sleeping bags, plus one child size sleeping bag. No Pets. No Parties.NOTE: You will need a truck with enough towing capacity that can handle a hitch weight of 772 pounds and tow 7,000+ pounds. Once the gear is loaded and you haul, you will need that extra towing capacity. Check the manufacturer's recommendation for your truck. Generally, you will need a 1/2 ton truck or equivalent. Also, you will be long - 50 ft end to end. So you must have expert driving and backing up abilities. In addition, you need a trailer brake controller and 7-pin plug-in for your tow vehicle.We do provide a weight-distribution hitch and stabilizing bar.

No. We do not own a generator, and have none available to rent.

Can we boondock (no hookups) in your RV?
A.
Yes. However, we don't have a generator. Propane will power the stove, oven, water heater, and the refrigerator. The lights in the RV will run for a couple days off of battery power, so will the water pump. The AC unit, outlets, and heater need at least 30 amp electricity to run. For water, we can fill the water tanks for a fee. We also charge an additional fee to dump and flush the black and gray water tanks ourselves. This will be determined at the time of reservation.
