What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

Typically handoffs happen around 4-5pm. Other accommodations may be made on a case-by-case basis. If you're staying more than 3 nights and we can't acomodate an earlier pickup, ask about picking up the night before for free (additional fee for protection plan may apply if picking up the night before)

What if something breaks on our trip?

Please do not attempt to fix anything yourself, and notify us immediately. If it is a critical component, we will have it arranged to get fixed so you can continue your trip

My campsite has a sewer hookup, can I leave the black tank open?

A.

No When staying at a campground with an in site sewer hookup, it is critically important to leave the valve for the black tank CLOSED. Leaving the valve open will cause the tank to clog and not drain properly, resulting in an additional fee on return. Open the black tank valve ONLY when leaving, or when the tank is full. Also, only use the RV TP provided, household TP will damage the system.

Can my vehicle pull your trailer?

Before requesting a reservation, please verify that you vehicle is capable of towing at least 3,500lbs or more. Your vehicle must also be equipped with a 2" reciever, we provide adapters weight distribution hitch. If your vehicle has a larger reciever, you must provide an appropriate adapter sleeve. Also verify you have either a factory installed or aftermarket electric brake controller and that it functions properly. We will verify the brakes work properly before you leave.
