We have had so much fun with, and done so many upgrades to our trailer and now we want to share it with others! Our wonderful trailer sleeps up to 8 people(4 adults and 4 children) and features two sets of bunk beds in a separate bedroom(great for kids), queen sized bed in master with a memory foam topper, and a 68" tri-fold sleeper sofa. Our trailer has an outside grill and fridge, and an outside shower to rinse off the kids before giving them a bath or getting them in bed. There is an electric 18' awning with a wonderful LED light strip to light up your area at night as well as an exterior speaker. Other upgrades include a solar panel for off the grid camping, 2 large 6 volt batteries for longer battery life, high pressure shower nozzle, Roku device for TV, power inverter that allows the TV to run on just battery power. Comes with most needed kitchen equipment. AC and heater work great and keep the interior the perfect temp. The trailer has 1 large slide-out on the left side that gives you plenty of interior space. The trailer has 44 gallons of fresh water capacity (can be filled for an additional cost), 30 gallon black tank capacity, 30 gallon gray tank, and two 4.5 gallon propane tanks (40 pound capacity). Propane tanks will be full upon trailer pick up. Beds will only come with a fitted sheet on them. Please provide your own comforters and pillows. 1 full roll of RV safe toilet paper is provided in the rental.Please have a category 4 or higher hitch receiver. I will provide the 2-5/16" hitch ball and anti-sway kit.Pets are allowed but an additional $500 refundable deposit will be taken.There will be a $50 cleaning fee if the trailer is not brought back in the condition it was given***No Burning Man or Festivals***I will be available by phone if you need help with the trailer while you are on your trip.There are lots of options below for you to select from.
