• RV RENTAL & RETURN RULES
• Black/Gray Tanks: Must be fully emptied before return. $100 dump fee if not emptied.
• Cleaning: Return reasonably clean and free of excessive trash, food, spills, stains, or odors. Excessive cleaning: up to $400.
• Fuel/Propane: Return at the same levels as pickup. If not, $75 refill service fee + actual fuel/propane cost.
• Toilet: RV-safe toilet paper and human waste ONLY. No wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or foreign items. Renter is responsible for damage/clogs caused by misuse.
• Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside. Minimum $500 cleaning/odor-removal fee.
• Mechanical Problems: If a warning light appears, RV overheats, loses power, or develops unusual noises, stop when safe and contact owner immediately. Do not continue driving if it could cause further damage.
• Drivers/Towing: Only platform-approved drivers may operate the RV. No towing without written approval.
• Damage: Report ALL accidents or damage promptly with photos. Do not conceal damage or make unauthorized repairs. Failure to disclose known damage before return may result in a $500 failure-to-report fee, where permitted, plus applicable damage costs.
• Clearance/Awning: Renter is responsible for roof/overhead clearance. Do not leave awning unattended, overnight, or extended during unsafe weather.
• Roads: No off-road use or roads unsuitable for the RV.
• Late Return: $50/hour unless approved in advance.
• Mileage Discounts: Applied only after return and resolution of applicable post-trip charges.
• GPS NOTICE: RV has GPS for security and trip monitoring, including location, route/history, mileage, and speed. No audio/video recording.
