This is an SUV with a roof top 4'x7' "Columbus" bed made by Magnolia in Italy. It resembles the Westfalia bus bed when opened. It is easy to open and close. It contains an electric blanket for cold weather, and a sleeping bag for two people. Additional people can make a pallet inside for sleeping two more, if needed, or tow something else and leave in the third row rear facing seat. There is a winch and extra ground clearance, but just for emergencies, don't plan on anything :) Important: it also has a manual transmission. It also has a trailer hitch.
