They were there when the trailer was dropped off, walked me through everything, and even set up extra chairs knowing I had my daughter with me, they really wanted to make sure we had a good trip. The trailer was spotless, and everything worked perfectly. What stood out most was the communication, they made it clear I could call anytime if I had any questions or issues, and they’d walk me through it. Overall, one of the best trailer rental experiences I’ve ever had.
