2021 grand design 31mb 36ft 5th Wheel trailer has everything you would need to make your camping experience an amazing success. You book your campground site,(range up to 60mi)-(anything over may include additional charge) and we will deliver, set up, and pick up the trailer so that you can focus on enjoying your camping experience. Camp site must have full hook up, 30/50a, city water, and waste water(sewer). No dry camping

Bunk room has a full size bed bottom bunk and a twin size top bunk, plenty of storage, and a tv.This allows for all the room in the main living area to be enjoyed whether it’s sitting in the triple seat reclining couch (heated/ vibrating), pushing down the dinette table to create another bed/couch and enjoying a nice movie night with the family after a day of outdoor fun.This model has 1 full bathroom with a great sized shower.

-When flushing please run extra water (hold the pedal for and extra 5 seconds)
-Sites with full hookups required.
-You are welcome to use the power awning at your own risk. We will show how to use it (extend/retract) but it is your responsibility to put it up in heavy winds to avoid expensive damages.
-Any damages to the trailer during the rental must be promptly reported.
-Any issues/problems need to be reported as soon as possible.
