Hi there!We are Kacey & Tiffanie Jensen and we own a husband and wife short term rental and property management business called Premium Rentals located out of Boise Idaho. The roots of this business started out when Kacey's incredible background in house flipping and renovations for 15 years joined in marriage with Tiffanie’s skills for interior design, creative writing and curiosity about the short term rental industry back in 2017. We know that when you have a family and young children - the little things truly are the big things. That's why before we open a new property rental, we spend a night or two with our own family living and sleeping in the space and making sure we have what we need for a comfortable stay.
