At Premium Rentals we believe in the good old fashioned saying of “Work hard, play harder.” So when you rent a travel vehicle from us, you can help us upkeep that balance, as we will do the work and you can do the play.We take pride in maintaining comparable rates with other RV rentals while we are set apart from other rentals as we go above and beyond with our services we include with each of our vehicles with what we like to call the “Home Style Package” where we do all of the heavy lifting for you to ensure that your RV is set up to be ready to hit the road and feel like home for you. With the Home Style Package we provide all of the luxuries you need for your travels such as: Linens, pillows, blankets, towels, cooking utensils such as pots, pans, cooking spatulas. When your travels are through we even take it upon ourselves to dump, flush and clean all of your tanks and we take care of the exterior washing of the vehicle and all of the laundry so that you can have a hassle free experience upon your return.Renting from us with the inclusive Home Style Package really makes traveling on the road as easy as 1, 2, 3! All you need to do is pack your own: 1. Food and 2. Paper Products (plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, paper towels and RV specific toilet paper) and 3. 2.0RV back up camera didn't work and was given the wrong coach keys. Was told it was probably a bad fuse causing the back up camera not to work. But when I recently looked through Host reviews, I noticed that others had issues with the backup camera. Contacted the hosts but didn't hear back from them until the next day. Communication from host in general was spotty. The RV operated fine, but is getting a bit older and worse for wear. The sliding bypass doors between the bathroom and main bed, one sticks and the other is off the lower hinge completely and so slams into the wall when you drive. The outside awning doesn't work, and though there are buttons for automatic jacks, there are no jacks on the vehicle. Went to return it and no one was there. Host texted me to leave the RV and he would check me out. The next day I get a fuel surcharge debit on my card when I returned the RV with a full tank of gas and drive it 200 miles roundtrip over a 4 day rental with 100/miles per day limit.

We are Kacey & Tiffanie Jensen and we own a husband and wife short term rental and property management business called Premium Rentals located out of Boise Idaho. The roots of this business started out when Kacey's incredible background in house flipping and renovations for 15 years joined in marriage with Tiffanie’s skills for interior design, creative writing and curiosity about the short term rental industry back in 2017. We were in the middle of renovating a property to fill with long term renters when Tiffanie suggested to Kacey that we try opening the house up as an Airbnb for guests instead.
