An impressive feat of German Engineering, the Mercedes-Benz 3500 Sprinter Chassis is the perfect fit for the 2014 Solera by Forest River. Our Solera features a single slide and an open floorplan.As you enter the motor home, to the left there is a flip-up counter, sink, range, microwave, and refrigerator. The opposite side of the motor home home has a slide with a dinette, pantry, and wardrobe.Above the cab you will find a bunk mat and In that top corner of the motor home there is a Television and DVD player on a swivel arm for easy viewing from anywhere in the coach.As you head toward the rear of the motor home you will find the bathroom in the corner. Just outside of the bathroom area there is a sink. Inside the bathroom you will find a toilet and shower.Storage is not a problem with all of the overhead cabinets throughout the motor home. Lots of storage compartments underneath as well.The Sprinter engine is efficient and gets about 14-18 mpg depending on terrain and load. This baby purrs like a kitten and rides incredibly smoothly. Sometimes you can forget you are driving a 11,000+ lb vehicleNew hydraulic levelers make it easy to stabilize anywhere you drop anchor. The slide on driver's side makes the living room or eating area larger.The cab chairs also swivel 180º to create a living room area which is a great place to talk about the day's activities, plan your next adventure or wait out a passing storm.Automatic step makes for easy entry and exit. Big awning off passenger side shades from the sun or rain and LED rope lights provide a great soft light for those evenings on the porch.From the spacious galley with pullout pantry to the enclosed fiberglass shower, each and every corner of the Solera has been cleverly utilized – it feels so roomy, you won’t believe you’re in a 24’ motorhome!
