• No smoking inside the trailer - ever ($250 fee if violated).
• Return the trailer in the same clean condition it was received.
• Dishes must be washed and put away before return.
• No climbing on the roof.
💩 Toilet & Waste
• Absolutely no flushing anything other than RV-safe toilet paper.
• Black and gray tanks must be emptied before return (unless prepaid).
• A $50 dumping fee will be charged if not properly emptied.
🛣️ Towing & Driving
• Trailer must be towed by a properly rated vehicle (verify GVWR and tongue weight).
• Brake controller required for towing.
• No off-roading, forest service roads, or unpaved trails.
• Obey all speed limits - do not exceed 65 MPH when towing.
