5.0Upon pickup of our travel trailer rental we were given a free upgrade due to issues discovered during prep of the travel trailer we were originally going to rent. When we arrived the trailer was being prepped for our trip and we were given a tour of the trailer and shown its amenities. We were able to get all our questions answered. During our trip we had issues with our tow vehicle (NOT the fault of the rental). Brandon's team was responsive and assisted us remotely getting the trailer switched to another tow vehicle. (I was not familiar with the type of tongue on the trailer.)
