This 2018 Pioneer travel trailer model BH270 has everything you need to enjoy spending time with family and friends. It sleeps 6-8 people.Model BH270 offers one large slide, double bunk beds, dual entry doors, and an upgraded queen size bed with a sliding door just for this room.The Queen bed and the bunks both can come with clean sheets, pillows and a light blanket for each bed.
In the bathroom area there is a tub shower perfect for bathing a child, a toilet, and vanity with sink. Also can come with 4 bath towels.
The kitchen provides everything you need to easily create meals for your family with a refrigerator, three burner range, oven, overhead storage, and a double sink for easy clean-up. Fully stocked kitchen!
Opposite the main side entry door find a slide out sofa sleeper and booth dinette. These offer great seating during the daytime and when you are enjoying a meal. They can also both be simply made into additional sleeping space if needed at night. There is a nearby entertainment center, adjacent to the sofa for viewing easily from anywhere in the room.In the trailer you will see that you have very cold AC in the AZ heat so when it gets warm you can be comfortable in the trailer. The heater is very warm on your winter getaways. Everything is automatic just like your home so turning on the AC or heater is very simple to use.This trailer does require to be pulled buy a 1/2 ton or bigger(preferable) vehicle and prefer you have experience in pulling a large trailer.You are welcome to unlimited use of our Inverter generator for $30 per trip. We will supply 1 tank of gas and that will supply 8-10 hour of use. You are welcome to use your own of course. Very quiet generator to insure you can have a quiet trip.Dogs are allowed upon a $50 dog fee per pet. We do have a TV and a blue-ray player in the trailer. We provide a 25 ft coaxle cable to plug in, however we have never used it. We do allow out of state travel for a fee based on how far you will be traveling. Any questions on out of state travel and fees please ask!
