4.0The lot tech that attended us was kind and very helpful with everything. We did have a set back the tire blew out while on the road but the owner offered to send us our money if we purchased another tire. We chose to come back and have the tire switched out and get a spare. The trailer upon receiving it wasn’t cleaned up to the best standards it was super dusty and the sinks were dirty. Not a big deal we just wiped everything down. The customer service received during our rental was amazing though no complaints and trailer did it’s jobs so we could enjoy our vacation
