This is a very well kept RV (this is my personal RV that I treat better than myself) it is always kept very cleans and smells like new! You can convert the garage into a bedroom with its own designated A/C, TV, and radio. The garage door also easily becomes a balcony! Large power awning and exterior entertainment center. I will not nickel & dime you with additional charges for tables and chairs... I will include a complete setup with large outdoor area rug, comfortable chairs, table, coolers, and even outdoor games.
